CURBSIDE DELIVERY

Weaver only provides curbside delivery and is not responsible for unpacking and placing your furniture piece in your home or office. Weaver is also not responsible for dispensing away with the debris of unpacking. 


INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Weaver shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.


DELIVERY DATES

Most orders placed on our website are fulfilled within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise posted on the respective product page. Shipping methods and providers are carefully curated to ensure you receive the best service and experience possible. “Shipping” times posted on product pages represent accurate and reasonable estimates with consideration to these commodities, their size, weight and packaging design. The shipping process is contingent on providers' availability and logistical resources, delays may occur and some services may not be available in all areas. In cases of delivery delays, the company will not be liable.


DAMAGED DELIVERY

In the event that you get a shipment with damages on the outside, make a note and a picture of it with the driver and let us know. If any item is damaged, please refer to our Refunds & Exchanges Policy


Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their original packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.
