Refunds & Exchanges

Exchange Policy (for Pakistan orders)

If the delivered product was not as described on the website or in damaged condition, then it will be eligible for exchange if it meets the following conditions:

• Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving on our email: orders@weavertech.io
• A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product
• The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing

Once the complaint has been registered and reviewed by our team, the product will either be lifted from your location or you’ll be requested to ship it to our address based on your location. In the event you’re shipping back the product, we will reimburse you with the shipping charges.

On receiving the damaged product, our team will inspect it and provide you with one of the following solutions:

• Repair – If the damage is minor and can be fixed by our vendors, the product will be repaired and delivered back to you within 1-2 weeks time frame
• Replacement – If the product was different or difficult to repair, a new replacement order will be generated, which will take our standard shipping time of 2-4 weeks depending on the product availability and delivery times

In the event, both options are not feasible, then you’ll be provided the option to select another item as a replacement with equal value or get a refund on your purchase.

• Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving on our email: support@weavertech.io
• A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product

Once the complaint has been registered and reviewed by our team, our team will provide you with one of the following solutions:

• Replacement – A new replacement order will be generated for the same or similar product, which will take our standard shipping time of 2-4 weeks depending on the product availability and delivery times
• Refund – In the event a replacement is not available, you will get a partial or full refund on your purchase, depending on the issue.

Refund Policy

• No return / refund will be applicable, if you receive the same product as seen on the website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).
